The Opportunity
Reporting to Adobe’s Global Head of Social Media, the Director of Social Intelligence will lead Adobe’s overarching social media intelligence and listening strategy. This role involves using data to inform key programs and initiatives by driving proactive and reactive social intelligence and cultural trendspotting.
What You'll Do
- Drive overarching social listening strategy for online conversations and trends.
- Develop and refine social intelligence innovation and strategy.
- Lead cultural and contextual social intelligence initiatives.
- Build custom dashboards and reports for real-time insights.
- Work with APIs and disparate data sets using social listening tools.
- Collaborate with Product, Comms, and Customer Care teams.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and platform partners.
What You Need To Succeed
- Extensive experience in social listening/intelligence for large organizations.
- Expertise in crafting actionable insights from social metrics.
- Proficiency with tools like Sprinklr, Brandwatch, and Talkwalker.
- Proven track record across different teams and partners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to drive action during critical moments.
