The Challenge
The Digital Strategy Group (DSG) at Adobe partners with C-level leadership at enterprise customers to develop strategies for customer-experience transformation and digital innovation. As a Digital Strategy Analyst, you will advise senior leaders at top wireless carriers, streaming services, sports organizations, publishers, and more.
Our engagements leverage Adobe’s digital benchmarking capabilities, industry trends, customer-journey mapping, organizational assessments, and other techniques to deliver high-impact recommendations. We also enrich Adobe's industry perspective through thought leadership and aligning the ecosystem on overall industry go-to-market strategy.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Strategy Analyst, you will:
- Partner with executives from Adobe’s largest media, entertainment, and telecommunications customers and Adobe sales leadership to define a vision for modernizing the customer journey (across acquisition, onboarding, servicing, cross-sell, etc.) using Adobe’s technology, while improving operational efficiency, scale, and compliance.
- Play a key role in leading cross-functional workstreams supporting strategic Adobe sales pursuits within leading telco institutions.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts from consulting, media & entertainment, telecommunications, and technology backgrounds to contribute to rigorous analyses, insight development, and delivery of executive-level recommendations.
- Support customers in identifying and prioritizing Generative AI and agentic use cases, such as personalized content generation, intelligent next-best-action orchestration, AI-assisted service workflows, and automated, brand-safe content operations.
- Contribute to business cases and value models that quantify the impact of AI-driven productivity, faster time-to-market, improved conversion, and reduced operational cost.
- Develop executive narratives and roadmaps that integrate data platforms, content supply chains, and AI orchestration into a cohesive, scalable operating model.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to define Adobe’s perspective on impactful industry experiences, working with deep subject matter specialists, informing product strategy, and authoring thought leadership assets to drive demand generation and field enablement.
What You Need To Succeed
- 2-3 years of experience in management/technology consulting, industry (media or telecommunications), or digital agency, preferably in digital strategy.
- Strong interest in business strategy, technology, or experience design demonstrated through work, internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities.
- Foundational understanding of Generative and Agentic AI concepts, including large language models, AI-assisted content generation, and intelligent automation, and their application to marketing, servicing, and operations in B2C and B2B industries.
- Ability to translate emerging AI capabilities into tangible business use cases, experience improvements, and operational efficiencies, beyond purely technical features.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree with an outstanding record of academic achievement.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with people at all levels.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% (actual amount may be less).
