The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of AI/ML Customer Engineering, New Business Ventures, the Creative Solutions Engineer combines enterprise technical presales expertise with deep creative workflow knowledge and AI/ML enthusiasm. This role bridges complex technical solutions and creative business outcomes, driving new customer acquisition and account expansion.
What You Will Do
- Presales & Solution Design: Lead technical discovery sessions, executive workshops and architect comprehensive technical solutions for C-suite executives.
- Technical Leadership & Prototyping: Build and demonstrate technical prototypes using Adobe APIs, AI services, and related tools.
- Customer Success & Account Expansion: Maintain client relationships, identify new use cases and drive expansion opportunities.
- Strategic Impact & Innovation: Influence product roadmaps and represent Adobe at industry events.
What You Will Need
- Creative Presales Engineering Skills: 8+ years of technical presales and customer success experience, deep AI/ML knowledge, and enterprise creative production workflow expertise.
- Technical Expertise: Experienced JavaScript full-stack developer comfortable with AWS or Azure and enterprise application deployment.
- Communication & Leadership: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, storyboard and demo production skills.
- Personal Attributes: Ownership mentality, growth mindset and flexibility to travel (max 20%).
Compensation & Notices
Pay varies by U.S. geographic markets with defined salary ranges. Adobe offers sales commission plans, annual incentive plans, and in some cases long-term incentives through equity awards. State-specific notices and equal opportunity information are provided.
