Job Description
Role Overview: ServiceNow Administrator at ADN Group
ADN Group is seeking a Senior Consultant with advanced expertise in System Monitoring (6-9 years of experience) to fill the role of ServiceNow Administrator. This 100% remote position focuses on the administration and operational support of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB environments within a large-scale enterprise setup.
Please note: This is a W2 Contractor position. No VISA sponsorship or C2C arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB, ensuring data integrity and operational stability.
- Serve as CMDB Administrator, maintaining high data quality standards and supporting operational readiness.
- Design, enhance, and optimize Application Service Maps in ServiceNow, implementing automation and process improvements wherever feasible.
- Improve reporting capabilities and impact analysis by leveraging CMDB and service mapping data, including CI relationships, application dependencies, and ownership structures.
- Provide operational support for ServiceNow ITOM, including monitoring, incident handling, and request management (Event Management excluded).
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to execute large-scale CMDB and service mapping enhancements and support daily administrative functions.
- Support and sustain a complex CMDB environment consisting of millions of Configuration Items (CIs) and thousands of application/service maps, driving continued mapping maturity.
- Ensure availability aligned with 24x7 operational needs, including standard working hours and after-hours support as required.
