Essential Criteria & Qualifications

Candidates should possess a degree or equivalent qualification in law, dispute resolution, or relevant experience in Tribunal functions. Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills are crucial. Applicants require Australian Citizenship, a Federal Police Check, and a Health Assessment, along with eligibility for Baseline Security Clearance.
