Product Manager - Marketing Platform
AdMedia is seeking a Product Manager to lead our publisher-facing products and portal. This role involves managing onboarding, monetization tools, API integrations, shopping products, and performance reporting within the AdOperations team. You will be responsible for updating and analyzing digital ad campaign data, ensuring strong attention to detail and accuracy, and managing multiple tasks concurrently.
The primary goal of this position is to maximize publisher adoption, revenue per publisher, and overall product satisfaction.

9:30 AM to 6:30 AM IST

What Youll Own
- The overall publisher product experience across all touchpoints.
- Strategy and roadmap for publisher-facing tools and monetization products.
- Publisher onboarding, activation, and lifecycle journey.
- Monetization enablement and optimization capabilities.
- Reporting, insights, and performance transparency for publishers.
- Integration and technical enablement (APIs, feeds, SDKs, or other implementations).
What Youll Do
- Define and prioritize the publisher product roadmap.
- Collaborate with BizDev & Account Management to understand publisher pain points.
- Improve monetization UX and performance transparency.
- Simplify technical integration flows.
- Optimize onboarding and activation processes.
- Utilize data to enhance RPM, engagement, and adoption.
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA).
What Were Looking For
- 4 to 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Experience in affiliate marketing, monetization platforms, or ad tech.
- Proven experience working with APIs and integration-heavy products.
- Strong UX instincts, with an understanding of self-serve tooling.
- Ability to prioritize features based on revenue impact.
- Experience using data to drive product decisions.
