Overview

Adjust, an AppLovin company, is a global leader in app measurement and analytics. As a Technical Account Manager for our EMEA region, based in Berlin, Germany, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences for our diverse client base.

Make An Impact / The Role

You will be the technical contact for clients, responsible for resolving technical challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining trust and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as technical advisor for clients in EMEA.
  • Provide daily support and conduct check-in calls.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Engineering, and Support.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using internal/external tools.
  • Support and guide clients to maximize their use of the Adjust platform.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-3+ years in a client-facing technical role in ad tech.
  • Fluent in English, with additional French and/or Spanish skills.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools.
  • Technical proficiency with scripting (Python, Javascript) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.
