Job Purpose
This position is responsible for Requirements Elicitation, Design, and implementation of IT projects, for the assigned system, as per approved scope, time and cost.

Job Context: This position is responsible for Requirements Elicitation, Design, and implementation of IT projects, for the assigned system, as per approved scope, time and cost.

- Managing a change in scope of the project within the set timelines.
- Delivering a large number of projects within limited timelines with available resources.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Supporting Actions
KRA1: Requirement Gathering & UAT
Supporting Actions:
- Gather and analyze user requirements, meeting user groups and stakeholders to understand business perspectives.
- Integrate user needs with current processes, creating and signing off on Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
- Evaluate requirements with the development team to identify gaps, publishing gap documents and related customization/development efforts, including cost-time impacts.
- Assist the user team in developing test plans, coordinate with the user group, document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and obtain UAT sign-off from the business group.
KRA2: Project Closure & System Stability
Supporting Actions:
- Move approved UAT to production.
- Hand over relevant areas to the end-user.
- Monitor user issues and ensure system stability in production.
KRA3: Applications Support
Supporting Actions:
- Manage the mechanism to record and resolve production issues and support queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
KRA4: Requirement Gathering & UAT (Duplicate of KRA1)
Supporting Actions:
