Mission Objective:
You will contribute to structuring and validating regulatory data from European legislation (directives, regulations, guidelines) to integrate them into product labeling systems and the regulatory database.
Your Missions:
Data Management (Structuring Axis)
- Structure, reformat, and integrate data into the PLM database according to internal standards.
- Participate in the semi-automation of European labeling content.
- Implement a quality control methodology (accuracy, consistency, completeness) and ensure data traceability.
- Harmonize content (manage duplicates, variants, redundancies).
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and updating of the database.
Review & Optimization of Labeling (Application Axis)
- Apply regulatory requirements to product labeling and verify compliance.
- Conduct reviews of Specific Requirements (EP) and existing labeling.
- Identify sources of complexity and propose simplification/standardization actions.
- Challenge regulatory and client needs to facilitate their integration into global standards.
- Contribute to a SWOT analysis aimed at optimizing costs and deadlines related to labeling processes.
Profile Sought:
- Student in the early stages of engineering, scientific degree, data, quality, or regulatory affairs.
- Rigor, attention to detail, and precision.
- Ability to follow a methodology and work in a structured manner.
- Good command of IT tools (Excel, databases, documentation tools).
- Interest in regulation or data management (a plus).
