Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Contributes to the store's profitability by:
- Ensuring Stockroom KPIs in the store are met or exceeded.
- Coordinating team members to ensure optimal stockroom and operational processes.
- Controlling and coaching the team within their area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for operational areas: warehouse, replenishment, facility management, IT, security.
- Responsible for conducting inventories and their results.
- Ensures that all safety-relevant equipment is present and up-to-date (e.g., fire extinguishers, alarm units, etc.).
- Allocates resources and organizes processes within their area of responsibility to manage efficiency and productivity in various situations.
- Possesses sufficient knowledge of Retail KPIs and makes business decisions within their area of responsibility.
- Maintains a safe working environment by ensuring that everyone in their area of responsibility adheres to the store's rules and procedures (SOM regulations).
- Ensures maximum product availability for customers by coordinating the delivery of goods from the warehouse to the sales floor and their replenishment.
- Minimizes losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all damage prevention processes.
- Coaches, motivates, and inspires people in their area of responsibility to reach their full potential.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and utilizes all available opportunities to promote their development and improve their performance.
Endless Aisle (if applicable)
- Informs customers about the new ordering/sales option in the online shop.
- Uses the Endless Aisle Tablet to offer product descriptions and/or customer feedback on products during the sales process.
Click & Collect (if applicable)
- Monitors and oversees new online orders placed by online customers that need to be reserved, packed, and handed out to the customer in the store.
Ship from Store
- Adherence to the packing deadline of 5 hours after the order arrives in Omnihub.
- Proper packing of customer orders according to specifications.
Maintaining the Transfer list
- Accurate processing of monthly B2DC transfers.
- Adherence to transfer deadlines.
- Daily/Weekly returns management of customer orders C&C.
- Proper preparation of goods for transfers.
- Processing returns in the store.
Authorities
- Conducts feedback discussions.
- If required: Key Holder (responsible for store key, cash reconciliation, and safe).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- English, written and spoken.
- Competencies of a 'Stepping into Management' expectation profile for SIM.
Required Education and Experience / Minimum Requirements
- Vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in sports and/or fashion retail, advanced sales experience, and a comprehensive understanding of product, retail, and the industry (as well as initial leadership experience).
- Adequate spelling and arithmetic skills and advanced communication ability.
