The Sales team manages key commercial relationships and strives for continuous growth and market share gains. You might be involved in shaping the future of franchise stores, delivering outstanding service for key wholesale accounts, or driving business development for key accounts. This intake is hiring for ten Sales roles across various areas including Franchise Europe, Merchandising Europe, Wholesale Football Teamwear, Sales Development, Account Operations, and Key Account Management.

Grow Your Capabilities Through Meaningful Tasks & Projects

• Project & initiative support: Help with exciting projects from planning to execution, collaborating closely with global, market, and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and effective progress tracking.
• Strategic analysis & reporting: Dive into sales data analytics, perform market and competitor research, and create reports and presentations to convey your findings. Support the implementation of new tools and databases to enhance processes.
• Merchandising: Gain an understanding of adidas products and ranges, create overviews and assortments, and support the seasonal segmentation process.
• Operational coordination: Depending on your team, assist with store operations, manage product data, handle samples, or support orderbook management. Proactively suggest improvements and bring new ideas to the table.

What Would Make You a Match

• Student of Business Administration, Sport Management, Economics, International Business, or similar.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken), with German fluency a plus (required for some teams).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Data Analysis, AI tools, or Power BI is a bonus.
• Curiosity and analytical capabilities to manage complex data, derive insights, and present compelling narratives.
• Strong organizational and communication competencies.
• Passion for and interest in Sport or Lifestyle and Fashion.

Eligibility & Key Facts

• Enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master’s degree (EU citizens only).
• Candidates in their penultimate year of study preferred.
• Availability for the full duration: September 2026 – February 2027 (6 months).
• Ability to relocate to Herzogenaurach, Germany, for the entire internship.
