Senior Product Manager - ADI

The Senior Product Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Product Management for the Digital Infrastructure Business Unit and serve as a product expert for Networking Routers and Switches. The role focuses on building and maintaining product strategy while driving top line sales and gross margin.

Job Duties

  • Deliver top line sales and gross margin
  • Develop growth strategies and increase unique buying partners
  • Identify and drive strategic relationships to boost category growth
  • Act as subject matter expert and Brand Champion
  • Develop category road maps tailored to customer needs
  • Engage with customers to capture insights
  • Lead semi-annual strategic planning sessions
  • Analyze competitive dynamics and drive differentiation in marketplace
  • Support corporate initiatives to enhance profitability
  • Lead cross-functional teams with humility

You Must Have

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Proven track record launching new products or initiatives
  • Strong internal and external relationship-building skills
  • Ability to think strategically with research-driven decision making
  • Experience in marketing programming and cost reduction
