About Adhesive Media
Adhesive Media is an influencer marketing agency based in Miami. We connect leading brands with top-performing YouTubers. We represent 200+ YouTubers, partner with 50+ brands per month, and have closed $20M+ in sponsorship deals. We are hiring for an Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to pitch & close sponsorship deals between our YouTubers & Sponsors. You'll focus on a handful of top key Sponsors to grow their business with Adhesive Media, while communicating daily with the best YouTube channels. You’ll grow more in 3 months at Adhesive Media than you have in the last 3 years of your life. We’re looking for someone who is highly competent, very organized, and willing to take on a challenge.
Responsibilities
1) Influencer Partnerships
- Build relationships with key YouTubers to pitch their channels for brand deals.
- Grow 5-7 key brand relationships to be consistent sponsor of our roster of creators.
- Negotiate & close hundreds of brand deals per month.
2) Client-facing communication with YouTubers & Sponsors.
- Provide an exceptional experience for creators and brands, focusing on speedy, high quality, and honest/transparent communication.
- You’ll encounter many tricky and unique scenarios, so you’ll need to be a great critical thinker & comfortable making decisions on your own.
3) Project Management
- Keep databases (Airtable, Google Sheets) and project management tools (Asana, Notion) updated.
- Wherever possible, implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and improve client service.
Skills & Competencies
1) Work Experience
2-4 years work experience in Influencer Partnerships, Project Management, or Operations. Brand Partnerships / Influencer Sponsorships experience is highly preferred, but it can be learned quickly. Organization is very important for a role like this, so if you have strong PM or Operations experience, you’d also be a strong fit.
2) Tech Savviness
Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, Asana, and Google Sheets is required. Our internal business relies on Airtable, tasks are managed in Asana, SOPs are housed in Notion, and negotiations often happen via email and Google Sheets. Our business is remote so the ideal candidate will be overall quick & effective with the computer.
3) Excellent Email Communication Skills
Excellent Written & Verbal English Skills. Must respond to Sponsors & Creators quickly and effectively with the right information. Must be comfortable picking up the phone & calling a client for important matters.
4) Attention to Detail
We're handling large influencer campaigns often worth $5K-$50K for one sponsorship. Any mistakes can be costly, so high attention to detail is crucial.
5) Critical Thinking
The ideal candidate can critically think through issues & make decisions on their own. Sometimes there will not be a straight-forward solution to a problem found in an SOP, and you’ll be required to think outside of the box.
6) Reliable
We have ads running and deals closing daily. We need someone reliable who can work beyond regular hours for tight deadlines.
7) Relationship Builder
Relationships are not built just off your personality, they’re built off adding value & showing up for your clients. So we’re not looking for the best “personality” person, but rather someone that is honest, reliable, and values long-term relationships over a quick buck.
Other Details
- Remote, but we will do team trips 1-2x per year! (US or CAN required)
- Full Time: Hours are 9AM - 6PM EST (flexible depending on US time zone)
- Start Date: January 2026
- Base Comp & Bonus are flexible based on your relevant work experience
- Benefits: Health & Wellness Stipend and 401K (or equivalent comp) are offered after 6 months of employment
