Your Role

As a Senior Software Engineer KI, you will work in interdisciplinary project teams and take on varied tasks in technically challenging, customer-specific software projects. You will be involved in the entire engineering process including requirements analysis, system design, programming, implementation, quality assurance, and project management.

You will work with a trusted Java/JavaScript stack (web frontends with Java backends) and AI processes (often using the Python stack). Your work includes:

  • Conceptualizing and developing Java- and KI-based applications in an agile environment.
  • Designing and implementing modern microservice architectures and distributed systems.
  • Overseeing projects from conception to go-live.

Your Profile

You bring a strong background in Java backend development, AI programming, and software engineering. This includes:

  • Multiple years of experience in Java backend development with scalable systems using frameworks such as Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate.
  • Experience programming AI applications using various frameworks, with an interest in generative AI including GenAI, GPT, Gemini, Llama, and related technologies.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
