Your Role as Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service

You will be responsible for digital transformation consulting, solution design, process automation, system integration and project management, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.

  • Digitalization Consulting: Advise on digitalizing customer service processes as part of a comprehensive Customer Experience solution.
  • Solution Conception: Design and implement solutions based on MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Process Automation: Automate service processes using AI and chatbots.
  • System Integration: Integrate call center or telephony solutions with MS Dynamics Customer Service.
  • Workshops and Trainings: Conduct workshops and training sessions for customers.
  • Project Management: Lead projects and sub-projects.

Your Profile

You have 3-5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects with strong knowledge in customizing MS Dynamics Customer Service (including Power Virtual Agent, Customer Voice, and Teams Voice). You are familiar with common service KPIs, requirements gathering, have an interest or initial experience in marketing automation, and thrive in agile environments. Proficiency in German (very good) and English (good) is required.
