Your Role as IT-Consultant Customer Portals - Manufacturing Industry

You will design and structure customer portals for manufacturing companies, develop maturity models that guide clients from their current status to their vision, and plan concrete implementation strategies with realistic milestones. You will also define work packages, create business cases for individual milestones, and support customer representatives throughout conception, implementation, launch, and operations.

Your Profile

  • An academic background in (business) informatics, mechanical engineering, business psychology, or similar.
  • Relevant experience with customer portals, especially in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in digitalization and transformation projects with a wide range of methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge in software development processes, portal technologies, Atlassian Suite, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with high quality standards.
  • Excellent German and good English communication skills.
