Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Designing and structuring customer portals for manufacturing companies.
• Developing maturity models to guide clients from current status to their vision.
• Planning concrete implementation strategies and realistic milestones.
• Defining work packages and ensuring successful team execution.
• Creating business cases for various milestones, supporting robust decisions.
• Communicating success factors to customer contacts during all project phases.

Your Profile

Requirements for this role include:

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Psychology or similar.
• Relevant professional experience in customer portal projects, ideally in manufacturing.
• Proven digitalization and transformation expertise with strong project management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge in software development processes, portal technologies, Atlassian Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking paired with a high quality standard.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills.
