In the role of IT Consultant Customer Portals Manufacturing Industry, you will help customers in the manufacturing sector unlock the full potential of their business and technology.

Your Role

  • Design Customer Portals: Shape and structure the development and evolution of customer portals for manufacturing companies.
  • Develop Maturity Models: Create models to guide the transition from current status to the customer's vision.
  • Plan Implementation Strategy: Define concrete strategies and realistic milestones for implementation.
  • Define Work Packages: Organize tasks to ensure successful team execution.
  • Create Business Cases: Design business cases for milestones, supporting economically sound decisions.
  • Communicate Success Factors: Assist client contacts during conception, deployment, roll-out, and operations.

Your Profile

  • University degree in (Business) IT, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Relevant experience with customer portals, especially in manufacturing.
  • Proven project experience in digitalization and transformation, including managing unstable project situations.
  • Strong knowledge of software development processes, portal technologies, Atlassian Suite, and MS Office.
  • Analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
