In the role of IT Consultant Customer Portals Manufacturing Industry, you will design and develop customer portals for manufacturing companies, implement maturity models, define work packages, and create business cases for strategic transformations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and structure customer portals for manufacturing companies.
  • Develop maturity models to transition from current state to customer vision.
  • Plan concrete implementation strategies with realistic milestones.
  • Define work packages for successful team execution.
  • Create business cases for each milestone to assist economic decisions.
  • Communicate success factors with customer representatives during all project phases.

Your Profile

  • University degree in (Business) IT, mechanical engineering, Wirtschaftspsychology, or similar.
  • Relevant experience with customer portals, ideally in manufacturing.
  • Digitalization and transformation project experience, including handling unstable project situations.
  • Expertise in software development processes, portal technologies, Atlassian Suite, and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with high quality awareness.
  • Excellent German and good English language skills.
