In the role of IT Consultant Customer Portals, you will help manufacturing companies unlock the potential of current technologies and smart business strategies.

Your Role

You will design and structure customer portals for manufacturing companies. You are expected to:

• Develop portal concepts and reifegrad models to transition customers from current status to vision reality.
• Plan implementable strategies with clear milestones.
• Define work packages for successful team execution.
• Create business cases for individual milestones.
• Communicate key success factors with customer stakeholders.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Mechanical Engineering, Business Psychology or a similar field.
• Relevant professional experience with customer portals, preferably in manufacturing.
• Digitalization and transformation project expertise along with leadership in volatile project situations.
• Robust knowledge in software development processes, portal technologies, Atlassian Suite, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with high quality awareness.
• Excellent German and good English communication skills.
