About the Role

The Customer Service Manager - SAP CX at adesso is responsible for driving and managing the productive software solutions within SAP CX projects. You will work with a dynamic team to handle incidents, coordinate deployments between adesso, clients, and third-party service providers, analyze errors using log files, and maintain operation-relevant documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests and incident handling to ensure on-time resolution.
  • Coordinate solution deployments among internal teams, customers, and external service companies.
  • Analyze and qualify error situations and monitor overall environments.
  • Collaborate continuously with both customers and software development specialists.
  • Maintain up-to-date operational documentation.

Your Profile

  • Educational background in IT or a related field.
  • Experience in support functions, application management, or customer service management.
  • Familiarity with SAP Customer Experience Cloud and integration with third-party systems.
  • Comfort with error analysis and use of support tools; Kubernetes and cloud experience are a plus.
  • Understanding of REST, JSON, XML interfaces connected to ERP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS, etc.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
