Your Role
As the Customer Service Manager - SAP CX, you are responsible for the productive software solutions delivered within SAP CX projects. You will handle service interruptions, coordinate solution deployments, and work closely with software development experts and customers.
- Manage incoming service requests and incident reports.
- Coordinate solution delivery between internal teams, customers and service providers.
- Analyze errors by reviewing logs and monitoring systems.
- Maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
Your Profile
You have an education or degree in a relevant IT field and experience in a support role, application management, or as a Customer Service Manager. Experience with the SAP Customer Experience Cloud and integrating third-party systems is ideal. A passion for error analysis, familiarity with support tools, and preferably exposure to Kubernetes/Cloud environments are required. Knowledge of interfaces such as REST, JSON, and XML is a plus. Fluency in German and good command of English are essential.
