About the Role: Team Lead SAP Cloud ERP - Public Edition
As a Team Lead SAP Cloud ERP - Public Edition at adesso business consulting AG, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and developing our growing SAP Cloud ERP team. You'll be instrumental in shaping our cloud ERP strategy, fostering employee growth, and ensuring the economic success of our initiatives from proposal to customer implementation.
Your Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: You will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for a growing SAP Cloud ERP team, actively promoting the development of your employees. Through coaching, feedback, and development discussions, you'll ensure a clear alignment with our Cloud ERP strategy.
- Capacity Management: You will specifically develop your employees, manage workload and skill-building, and ensure consistent alignment with our Cloud ERP strategy through coaching, feedback, and development discussions.
- Holistic Oversight: You will keep an eye on the economic success of our SAP Cloud ERP initiatives within our business model, from proposal generation to successful customer implementation.
- Client Engagement: In direct exchange with our clients, you will expand relationships, provide comprehensive support based on our SAP portfolio, with a clear focus on SAP Cloud ERP.
- Project Work & Deep Dive: You will play a leading role in SAP Cloud ERP projects, analyzing business processes, advising clients on near-standard cloud solutions, and taking responsibility as a Project Manager, Solution Architect, or LoB expert from proposal generation to go-live, continuously strengthening client relationships and our Cloud ERP portfolio.
Your Profile
- SAP Expertise: You are an experienced SAP expert, ideally with proven experience in SAP Cloud ERP, familiar with the SAP Business Suite, and have successfully led numerous implementation or transformation projects.
- Module Knowledge: With extensive expertise in various Lines of Business (LoBs) – such as Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Professional Services, Project Management, or Architecture – you understand the specific requirements and standard processes in a Cloud ERP environment.
- Leadership Acumen: You have experience in building and leading teams, and your abilities as a competent leader are valued by employees – both in distributed cloud project organizations and on-site with clients.
- Your Network is Valued: A well-developed network in the SAP industry, ideally with a focus on SAP Cloud ERP, is part of your profile, and you use it purposefully and profitably.
- Communication Talent: You communicate confidently in German and English – both internally and externally.
