Job Description
About The Role
As a Senior SAP Customer Service Consultant, you will drive digital transformation for clients, whether they are starting new systems (Greenfield) or undergoing system updates. You will be responsible for the planning, support, and execution of software projects focused on SAP Customer Service. Your expertise will enable you to quickly take on project responsibility and perform system configurations through Customizing. You will also maintain and develop existing client relationships.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in a STEM field, Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications. You need several years of professional experience in SAP CS (and potentially CM), with additional knowledge in CRM (Service focus) and/or FSM being optimal. Strong communication skills in both German and English are essential for internal and external interactions.
