Senior Manager SAP Public Sector

Your Role:

• Actively shape the public sector: You pursue the economic, contribution-margin-oriented success within the framework of adesso's business model in the public sector.
• Growth: The implementation of the growth path through hiring, further development, and retention of your employees is in your hands.
• Hands-on: You will contribute professionally to projects according to your focus, e.g., as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Requirements Engineer, or Software Architect.
• Customer relationships: You are close to the customer and responsible for expanding and maintaining our public sector customer relationships in your region based on the entire SAP portfolio.

Your Profile:

• Project experience: You have already gained diverse project management experience in SAP development or consulting.
• SAP skills: You have gained relevant experience in the SAP environment with customers in the public sector. You have gained insights into at least one of the following areas: SAP Public, FI (municipal double-entry bookkeeping), CO, PS, MM, SD, PSM, RE-FX, CPM, Architecture, or Project Management.
• Leadership skills: Your employees or project participants value you as a competent leader who can guide teams goal-oriented based on motivation and trust.
• Proposal creation: You are familiar with creating proposals and contracts.
• Your network is in demand: Ideally, you have a well-established network in the public sector that you can leverage effectively.
• Communication talent: You communicate confidently in German and English, both internally and externally.
