Role Overview

The Senior Developer SAP Customer Engagement at adesso business consulting AG supports Utilities-sector customers in S/4HANA introductions, process optimization in SAP, and managing CRM and market communication frameworks in both B2B and B2C environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement S/4HANA introductions with a focus on sales contract process frameworks.
  • Conceptualize and align new process frameworks with multiple streams including CRM and market communication.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer through regular communications with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and conduct comprehensive tests in CRM, Customer Engagement and market communication.
  • Support development through creation of unit tests in market communication.

Candidate Profile

Required qualifications include a degree in (Business) Informatics, IT, Mathematics or equivalent, and extensive SAP development experience. Proficiency in ABAP, ABAP OO, API interfaces, ABAP Unit Test Framework, and familiarity with oDATA Services and SAP WebUI programming models are necessary. Expertise in S/4HANA projects, sound business understanding, and experience in SAP Utilities and SD modules are advantageous. Familiarity with utilities sales contract frameworks and comparable customer engagement contract frameworks is important. Excellent communication skills in both German and English are required.
