DEINE ROLLE
In the role of Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service at adesso business consulting AG, you will drive the digital transformation of our customers’ environments, whether Greenfield projects or system updates. You will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing SAP Customer Service software projects, while also managing system settings through customizing.

DEIN PROFIL
You have a degree in an MINT subject, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification that provides a strong foundation for this role. Your skills with SAP are well-honed with several years of professional experience in SAP CS (and possibly CM), with additional expertise in the CRM service environment and/or Field Service Management. You are a confident communicator in both German and English.
