Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service at adesso business consulting AG, you will drive digital transformation for clients, whether it’s a greenfield or a system update project. You will lead planning, management, and execution of SAP Customer Service projects while performing system customizations.
Your Responsibilities
- SAP consulting to drive customer digital transformation
- Planning, managing, and executing SAP Customer Service projects
- Taking charge of projects and customizing system settings
- Maintaining and building customer relationships
Your Profile
- University degree in STEM, Business or related field
- Extensive experience with SAP CS (and potentially CM)
- Additional CRM (service focus) and/or FSM knowledge is ideal
- Fluent in German and English, both written and oral
