DEINE ROLLE
As a Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service at adesso business consulting AG, you drive digital transformation in customer environments, whether through Greenfield projects or system updates. You will plan, oversee, and execute SAP Customer Service software projects with responsibility and agility.
- Lead SAP consulting and project implementations.
- Perform system settings through SAP Customizing.
- Engage closely with customers and build relationships.
DEIN PROFIL
You hold a degree in a STEM field, Business Administration or a related discipline, providing you with a solid technical foundation. You have several years of hands-on experience with SAP CS (and optionally CM), with additional skills in CRM (service focus) and/or FSM being a plus. Fluent communication in both German and English is essential for interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
