About the Role
The UX-UI Software Designer will be responsible for the overall workflow and design of custom software at Adelphoi Village Inc. This role involves identifying market requirements to create new software and continuously enhancing existing applications.

- Collaborate with internal experts and offshore teams to translate user stories into functional tools.
- Provide QA guidance by defining test components and performance/security benchmarks.
- Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements using various programming languages and AI tools.
- Document code, user experience, and development processes.
- Communicate with clients and end users to gather feedback and improve usability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field is required. Applicants should have 3+ years of experience in a software development environment with proven proficiency in software-related applications. Certification or training related to software applications is preferred.
