主要職責

品保經理負責主導公司整體品質管理策略的制定與推行,包括建立並落實品質系統(ISO 9001 / IATF 16949)以及內部稽核制度。該職位將規劃部門運作,並建立與強化QA / QC / 文管 / 量測等團隊運作,同時導入品質改善工具與方法論、強化異常分析與改善能力。

此外,品保經理需應對客戶品質異常分析與客訴,並作為對外技術窗口與客戶溝通,統籌新品導入品質規劃,包含量產前的驗證與實驗計畫。同時還需協助管理代表職責,逐步承接內部稽核與第三方認證事務,並與高階主管(副總)協作制定品質KPI與年度改善計畫。

條件要求

應徵者須具備大學以上學歷(理工相關背景如機械、材料、電子等),具有8年以上製造業品質管理經驗,其中至少3年以上主管經驗,並熟悉ISO / IATF系統建立、維運及內外部稽核。英文能力非必要。
