The Opportunity: Content Designer, Public Sector at Adecco
Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to find a Content Designer, Public Sector. This role focuses on crafting clear, user-friendly content across mobile and web platforms, with a specific emphasis on trust-sensitive user journeys, including authentication, consent, and account recovery. This position is a contractual role under Adecco's payroll.
The Talent Profile
- Possesses at least 4 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or product content.
- Experience with digital products, specifically mobile and/or web platforms.
- Background in regulated industries such as fintech, digital identity, or cybersecurity is preferred.
- Strong advantage for candidates with experience in authentication, onboarding, consent, or other trust-based workflows.
- Demonstrates strong microcopy skills and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into plain language.
- Comfortable working effectively within agile teams and proficient in design tools like Figma.

- Write concise microcopy for critical user flows, ensuring clarity and precision.
- Simplify complex security and policy requirements, translating them into easily understandable plain language for end-users.
- Design system messaging, including error messages, prompts, and notifications, specifically aimed at building and maintaining user trust.
- Align knowledge base content with in-product messaging to ensure consistency and a cohesive user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional product teams throughout the design and development lifecycle.
