Customer Service Representative
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for supporting maintenance operations, coordinating service-related activities, and delivering exceptional customer support to residents and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities
- Track and maintain service request queues, dashboards, and workflow systems to help ensure timely completion of maintenance and property-related tasks.
- Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for field personnel to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Review work order estimates and supporting documentation to confirm scope, pricing, and compliance with established approval guidelines.
- Assist with utility account research and coordination to help ensure services are activated promptly for vacant properties.
- Support the administration of property possession processes, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and property cleanout activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records and perform additional administrative duties to support departmental operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a customer service, administrative support, or operations-focused role.
- Exposure to property management, facilities maintenance, construction, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to resolve issues effectively and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as experience working with Adobe products.
