The Role

As a Technical Support Analyst on the Client Services team, you will help Addepar clients maximize the value of our platform. You will engage with clients and third-party developers to troubleshoot issues with the Addepar Public API, SSO/SAML configurations, and other technical challenges.

  • Collaborate with clients and developers on API troubleshooting.
  • Use Python scripts to automate solutions.
  • Work with complex data sets to resolve client issues.
  • Communicate with Product, Engineering, and Client Advocacy teams.
  • Provide functional and conceptual guidance to users.

Who You Are

You are a problem solver with a background in Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience. You have proven skills in Python, SQL, and API technologies, and familiarity with server monitoring tools like SumoLogic, WaveFront, or Periscope. Your outstanding communication skills and passion for technology and finance make you a great candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

The role offers a market-based salary between $74,000 and $93,000 base, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary details vary by location including Colorado, California, and New York.
