The Role

The Portfolio Data Operations Analyst role is part of the Portfolio Data Operations team within the broader Addepar Engineering organization. The team is responsible for ensuring clients receive timely and high quality data by processing transactions and positions, verifying data quality, and assisting with client data support inquiries.

  • Perform daily internal verification checks to ensure data accuracy.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot data pipeline issues and exceptions.
  • Maintain and optimize operational workflows and processes.
  • Collaborate with Client Support, Solution Architects, and Sales teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on new process and tool implementations.

Who You Are

You bring over 2 years of experience in the financial investment/advisory industry with strong knowledge in capital markets, trade processing, and middle/back-office systems. You are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. Flexibility in working hours and a team-oriented, proactive approach are essential. Technical skills in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, SQL, Salesforce, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters are preferred.
