Adarna House is seeking a talented Writer/Researcher to join their team. This role is crucial for developing company publications, involving writing, editing, and in-depth research.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with researchers, writers, and external organizations throughout the book development lifecycle.
• Assess the book development process following each product development cycle.
• Offer recommendations for process optimization and improvements in book development.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on specific book development facets, including budget, style, schedule, and directories.
• Coordinate workshops organized by the Product Development Group.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Literature, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest in children's literature.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
• Exceptional research and analytical capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in computer use and internet navigation.
• A commitment to promoting reading and literacy improvement, with a sense of national pride.
