If you're hungry to grow and want to be part of a team that's scaling quickly, this is the role.
About The Role
Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with referral sources — hospital case managers, physicians, medical assistants, discharge planners — to drive new patient admissions and expand our footprint in your market. Analyze market data, penetration metrics, and competitive intelligence to prioritize your time and focus on the highest-impact accounts.
What We're Looking For
- Proven field Sales, Marketing, or Account Executive experience, preferably in home health. Hospice, SNF, or infusion pharmacy backgrounds will be considered for strong candidates.
- For experienced hires: existing relationships with hospital systems or clinical settings
- Independent, self-driven, and competitive. You take ownership of your accounts and hold yourself accountable to results.
- Data and results-oriented mindset. You use data to plan your week, assess account health, and make decisions about where to spend your time.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder. You can earn trust with clinical professionals.
- Coachable and growth minded. You value feedback, want visibility into your own performance, and actively seek development.
Why Adaptive
- Own your territory. This is a role for people who want ownership of a territory and to build a book through relationships.
- Growth opportunity. We're in a growth phase, and strong performers can expand scope over time.
- Sales + Ops partnership. You'll work closely with the sales leadership, Intake, and branch leadership so referrals move quickly and partners get a great experience.
- Top-tier compensation. Comp is built to reward performance. We aim to pay top performers at the top 1–2% of the market.
