About the Role

At Adaptive, we’re Powering the Age of Immune Medicine. Our goal is to harness the power of the adaptive immune system to transform the way diseases are diagnosed and treated. As a Research Associate I (Temporary, Full-Time), you will perform assigned experiments or other related work under close supervision, making a difference in people’s lives.

Position Overview

This temporary role is expected to persist through December 31st, 2025. You will receive protocols, design and conduct experiments, and collaborate closely with your supervisor to collate, interpret, and synthesize data.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Receive protocols and conduct experiments.
  • Collate, interpret, and synthesize experimental data.
  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures.
  • Suggest process improvements and recognize data patterns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in biology, molecular biology, immunology, chemistry, or a related field. Understanding of basic practices and principles within the field is required.

Working and Physical Conditions

Work in a lab environment handling biological materials including blood, bone marrow, and tissue. Occasional flexible and extended hours with requirements to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds regularly and >20 pounds sometimes. Occasional exposure to cold in a -20°C freezer.

Compensation & Benefits
