At Adaptive Biotechnologies Corp, we are powering the Age of Immune Medicine. The Integration Engineer, EMR Connectivity will revolutionize diagnostic testing by delivering precise, timely, and actionable insights to healthcare providers and their patients by managing EMR and LIS integrations.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with external vendors, EMR partners, and hospital IT teams.
- Design and operate technical onboarding and post-launch support models.
- Develop HL7, FHIR, and API-based interface architectures.
- Ensure data quality by analyzing, mapping, and troubleshooting clinical data.
- Drive automation, monitor performance, and lead incident resolution.
- Establish standards, documentation, and playbooks for scalable integrations.
- Advance the long-term connectivity roadmap and integration strategy.
Technical and Expertise Requirements
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years experience (or Master’s with 5+ years) in Health IT integration, deep expertise in HL7 v2, FHIR R4, API integrations, proficiency with Mirth Connect, and strong skills in JavaScript, Unix, Git, and JSON, CSV, XML formats.
Working Conditions & Compensation
This is a primarily remote role with minimal travel. The base salary ranges from $90,000 to $135,000, complemented by bonus eligibility and equity grants.
