Job Purpose
The Incharge - Administration is responsible for ensuring seamless office administration, facility upkeep, and internal customer service at the corporate office of Adani Realty. This includes managing office hygiene, housekeeping, meeting room readiness, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with ESIC and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Office Management & Upkeep: Oversee daily operations, facility rounds, housekeeping, pantry services, and space management.
- Internal Customer Service & Meeting Coordination: Serve as the main contact for administrative services, schedule meeting rooms, manage visitor experience and security compliance.
- Vendor & Compliance Management: Ensure SLA compliance with vendors, enforce contracts, track ESIC and HSE standards.
- Reporting, Budgeting & Process Improvement: Generate reports, manage budgeting, and implement process improvements.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Oversee assets, inventory, and preventive maintenance of office equipment.
Key Stakeholders
Internal: BU Heads, HR Team, Finance Team, IT Team, Security, Facility Management Team
External: Consultants, Vendors, Service Providers
Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E in Civil, Electrical or a related field or Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management with 7-10 years of experience in corporate administration, facilities management, or hospitality services. A strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, vendor management, ESIC compliance, and facility operations is required.
