Als Operations Implementation Specialist unterstützt Du unser Team bei der Einführung von eVTOLs (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) in den Luftrettungsdienst – eines der spannendsten Zukunftsthemen der Branche. Du arbeitest analytisch, vernetzt und strukturiert und gestaltest ein richtungsweisendes Zukunftsprojekt aktiv mit. Werde Teil der ADAC Luftrettung und bring Dein Know-how in ein innovatives Umfeld ein. Gemeinsam gestalten wir aktiv die Zukunft der Luftrettung.
Deine Aufgaben
- Innovation umsetzen – Du entwickelst die Grundlagen für den sicheren eVTOL-Flugbetrieb und gestaltest deren Integration in den Luftrettungsdienst.
- Konzeptionelle Gestaltung – Du entwickelst Verfahren und Schulungskonzepte für den Betrieb von eVTOLs und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung des Betriebskonzepts (u.a. ConOps) bei. Dabei erstellst und pflegst Du Teile des VCA-Flugbetriebshandbuchs (Operations Manual) und unterstützt bei der Sicherstellung luftrechtlicher Anforderungen in Abstimmung mit Behörden.
- Begleitung des Flugbetriebs – Du bist live bei dem Probebetrieb und der anstehenden Integration in den Luftrettungsdienst dabei und stellst einen sicheren Flugbetrieb und die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Konzepte sicher.
- Projektmanagement mit Verantwortung – Du koordinierst Aufgaben, Termine und Schnittstellen zwischen internen Teams, externen Partnern und dem Hersteller. Du bereitest Entscheidungs- und Präsentationsunterlagen für Projektleitung und Management vor.
- Regulatorische Expertise – Du bewertest aktuelle EASA-Regularien und stellst eine adäquate Umsetzung sicher. Deine Unterstützung wird für Genehmigungen sowie Abstimmungen mit Behörden benötigt. Außerdem wirkst Du bei der Auswahl und Auslegung notwendiger Flugbetriebsstätten mit. Du vertrittst die ADAC Luftrettung in Arbeitsgruppen für flugbetriebliche und luftrechtliche Fragestellungen rund um das Thema.
- Einbindung – Neben dem Projekt gewinnst Du Einblicke in die Organisation des klassischen Flugbetriebs und unterstützt punktuell operative Teams.
