About the Role

The Senior Manager - IT PMO ERP Applications at AD Ports Group is responsible for leading the strategic rollout and implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP across the organization’s global operations. The role focuses on harmonizing business processes, driving operational efficiency, and supporting ambitious growth across 50+ countries.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis, identification, and implementation of ERP applications.
  • Assess costs and benefits of new ERP approaches and present findings.
  • Ensure secured application availability with zero vulnerability and data loss.
  • Monitor changes in ERP applications and plan necessary training.
  • Oversee resolution of ERP issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Answer audit queries and address any gaps in ERP applications.
  • Manage service desk SLAs and performance effectively.

People Management Responsibilities

  • Provide visionary leadership and clear guidance to the team.
  • Manage team resourcing, development, and service transition activities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure access to necessary resources.

Strategic Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing enterprise applications department strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide timely performance reports.
  • Manage department budget and seek cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree and ITIL certification are plus. Excellent English is required; Arabic is an added advantage. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role.
