Overview
Acxiom is seeking a Client Partner Senior Director who will oversee and maintain a consultative relationship with clients, acting as the primary contact for all Acxiom products and services.
Responsibilities
The role involves developing and growing client revenue through value-based upselling, meeting client expectations with regular updates, and owning client QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). Responsibilities include achieving contracted revenue targets, account plan development, pipeline growth, and managing all renewals.
- Develop sales strategy within the account.
- Serve as the key interface between client and production teams.
- Negotiate contracts and manage records in Salesforce.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and coordinate with delivery managers.
- Travel to client sites minimally once a month.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 12+ years of experience selling marketing technology solutions, and strong sales process knowledge. Experience in data, digital, and marketing services is required, with a minimum of 7 years in an account leadership role. Essential skills include solid negotiation, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to present to groups. Familiarity with media audience development and measurement solutions is a plus.
