Job Description

The QA Tester is responsible for test planning, documenting, coordinating, and executing activities related to the testing of applications and systems. The primary focus includes manual testing with the majority in automated test execution for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain automated test scripts covering software requirements, regression testing, data validation, and usability.
• Identify, analyze, and document issues with applications, online screens, or content.
• Document and report software defects and monitor bug resolution efforts.
• Provide input on functional requirements, product design, schedules, and risk assessment.
• Develop testing plans based on product design and functional specifications.
• Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to team improvements and complete other assigned projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance testing. Experience in test automation is preferred, with practical skills in Python and Selenium. Proven analytical skills, troubleshooting abilities, and capacity to provide recommendations are essential. Candidates should have strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, and must be self-motivated and creative thinkers.
