Arabia Inform provides media intelligence and content solutions across the MENA region, powering data-driven decision-making through products such as Acumen for media monitoring and AskZad for digital library access. Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role for a .NET Team Leader with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack. You will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications and APIs that power our media intelligence platforms while mentoring engineers and making critical technical architecture decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end technical architecture for high-scale, data-intensive systems.
- Drive performance optimizations and scalability improvements.
- Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and production readiness.
- Mentor engineering teams with technical guidance and best practices.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps with product and leadership.
- Participate in incident analysis and reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience.
Technical Skills (Mandatory): Proven experience in leading engineering teams or projects, excellent communication and leadership skills, strong expertise in .NET Core and ASP.NET Core, extensive Web API development experience, sound understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Design Patterns, experience with Microsoft SQL Server, proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows, and experience building multithreaded/high-concurrency systems.
Highly Preferred: Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, Node.js, familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React, and exposure to relational and document-oriented databases as well as search engines. Familiarity with machine learning (ML/NLP models) is a plus.
