Senior Product Manager GenAI Security

Overview

The Senior Product Manager GenAI Security at ActiveFence will lead the strategy, vision and execution of our Security product for Generative AI applications. This role defines and builds next generation AI security controls for safe, responsible, and scalable GenAI use.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from vision to delivery.
• Define and evolve the product vision aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, customer success, marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct regular user interviews to convert needs into product opportunities.
• Prioritize using data and make trade-offs in an emerging category.
• Lead product discovery in ambiguous, technically complex domains.
• Set success metrics and drive measurable outcomes.
• Champion customer obsession and ship impactful solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in security products.
• Experience with AI/ML or GenAI environment products.
• Data-driven, user-obsessed and strong communicator.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, RAG, vector DBs.
