Executive Assistant Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will support the CEO and leadership team in driving marketing campaigns, streamlining operations, and ensuring projects move forward with clarity and speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support high-visibility marketing campaigns coordination.
- Organize and maintain company resources on Google Drive, Notion, and shared systems.
- Monitor CEO email threads and manage follow-ups.
- Assist in project management by tracking deliverables and deadlines.
- Manage finance-related workflows including invoicing, POs, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment partners, and logistics providers.
- Prepare updates and reports to keep leadership aligned.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or similar.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management tools.
- Experience with invoicing systems and vendor payment tracking preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain or logistics coordination is a plus.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Proactive problem solver in a fast-paced startup environment.
