Ecommerce Project Manager - Product Development Cosmetics

Activate Talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Project Manager to join their Product Development team in the cosmetics sector. The role is remote and reports to the Director of Product Development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and track project timelines for packaging and formula development.
• Maintain detailed project timelines using Asana and update external vendor details.
• Monitor deadlines, flag risks, and coordinate cross-functional team efforts.
• Run weekly timeline meetings and build executive dashboards for major launches.
• Oversee the artwork process including briefing designers and consolidating feedback.
• Partner with packaging, design, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliverables.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of project management or product development experience within beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and artwork routing processes.
• Proficiency in Asana and experience with project dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused with a passion for beauty.
• Comfortable with remote work and managing projects across time zones.
