Role Overview

The Ecommerce & Merchandising Assistant will support website and product merchandising, multi-channel optimization, analytics and reporting, SEO, and general e-commerce tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, digitally savvy, and experienced with Shopify and social commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website & Product Merchandising Support: Update and maintain Shopify listings, pricing, inventory, and collections.
  • Support merchandising strategies for campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches.
  • Ensure product information is accurate and visually consistent across channels.
  • Multi-Channel Support & Optimization: Optimize listings on Shop, Meta, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
  • Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve conversions.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor metrics such as traffic, conversion, and sales; generate reports and insights.
  • Track KPIs to support campaign planning and digital strategy.
  • Listing Optimization & SEO: Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata to enhance search visibility.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
  • General E-Commerce Support: Troubleshoot Shopify technical issues and coordinate across teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of e-commerce, website support, or digital merchandising experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify; familiarity with social commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Knowledge of listing optimization, merchandising, and SEO best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
