Job Overview
The E-commerce Media Buyer is responsible for leading and scaling paid social campaigns for a wellness-focused supplement brand. This full-time remote role requires working core hours in the CST time zone, owning campaign strategy and execution to drive profitability for a DTC eCommerce brand while collaborating cross-functionally for creative, budget, and targeting alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Provide strategic guidance on creatives, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
- Implement advanced testing methodologies in audience segmentation, bidding, and creatives.
- Mentor team members on media buying best practices.
- Deliver weekly performance reviews with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging ad technologies and market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid social media buying (Meta & TikTok required).
- Proven success in scaling DTC e-commerce brands profitably.
- Strong analytical skills with GA4, UTMs, and attribution modeling.
- Ability to lead strategic initiatives and hands-on execution.
